I believe our greatest pains offer a doorway into our deepest gifts, and to each other. The pathways to luminosity are present in darkness, much like a seed awaiting the necessary conditions to open. Your heart knows the way. Together, my intention is to cultivate a loving space for you to go within and remember your inherent capacity for wholeness.

I am a creative, mother of identical twin daughters, intuitive empath / highly sensitive person, death doula, reiki master healer + teacher, student of psychology, survivor and victims advocate. I am also a folk herbalist + flower essence practitioner, yogi and devotee of the mystery, with over 15 years of study and practice in the healing arts. Mostly I am a forever dreamer, child at heart, tending fire with a foot in two-worlds.
